Why do you allow the FDA to put out this garbage. FDA tells the public aspartame is safe when the FDA themselves, the finest scientists they had, said it wasn't: http://www.wnho.net/fda_petition1.doc FDA's own top toxicologist, Dr. Adrian Gross, told Congress that it violated the Delaney Amendment because without a shadow of a doubt it caused brain tumors and brain cancer. http://www.wnho.net/cancer_study_obligates_recall.htm And the Delaney Amendment is still in existence: http://www.wnho.net/delaney_lives.htm

The National Soft Drink Association said it violates adulteration statutes: http://www.wnho.net/congressional_record1.doc This means it violates interstate commerce laws because it is a crime to ship an adulterated product for sale.

By FDA having full knowledge that aspartame is illegal and unsafe as you see by FDA's own records, and there are many more on www.dorway.com and www.wnho.net it means FDA is in violation of Title 18, Section 1001, the very same law they used to try and have Searle, the original manufacturer, indicted for fraud.

He was just getting over an aspartame brain tumor! Does the FDA just approve whatever the manufacturer wants regardless of the fact that its not safe or illegal? To ask the question is to answer it. It liberates free chlorine so its adulterated also. We call it DDT-Lite. Acesulfame potassium caused cancer and leukemia in original studies. Why did FDA approve it? Dr. Abe McCall of Sunnett tried to tell me it only caused mammary tumors, and I told him no thank you we don't want breast cancer. While it caused more than that it means it was approved against the law as well.

Neotame is another aspartame. How dare the FDA approve it. By rebirthing the poison according to one former assistant US Attorney it voids the statute of limitations on aspartame.

FDA just doesn't stop lying. If you don't care about FDA poisoning the people and allowing illegal products on the market then don't answer as FDA officials haven't for years. But as the new FDA Commissioner if you have any concern for safe food and drugs I expect an answer, and so do the thousands receiving this copy. Consumers are sick of the propaganda and FDA betraying the people and being the agency that is most responsible for unsafe food and drugs.
